概述大功率LED汽车前照灯驱动电路的工作需求及设计需求,以TPS92602-Q1芯片为核心,设计出汽车前照灯开关电源升压恒流驱动硬件电路,并对其外围电路进行了优化设计,对主要的元器件进行参数计算及选型,并进行了实验研究及验证,设计实现了双通道高侧恒流LED驱动可并行独立控制一串12颗大功率LED灯,输出1 A左右恒定电流,效率达到87.5%以上,实现了大功率汽车LED的PWM调光控制。实验表明,该系统具有输出纹波电流小、效率高、性能参数稳定等优点,适应汽车复杂的工作环境。
This paper summarizes the work requirements and design requirements of the high-power LED automotive headlamp driver circuit.
