介绍了海上原油外输方式及模糊综合评价方法 ,建立了海上原油外输方案的模糊综合评价系统 ;并编制了计算机程序。该系统可以通过学习专家对以往案例的评价 ,对新案例作出综合评价。
Introduced the offshore crude oil delivery methods and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, established the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system of offshore crude oil delivery scheme, and compiled the computer program. The system can make a comprehensive evaluation of new cases by learning experts’ evaluation of past cases.
