In Hungary's current economic climate, as a means of influencing corporate behavior, indirect fiscal adjustments replaced executive orders. However, a high degree of industrial concentration is linked to a lack of convertible currencies and there is no chance of competition. Therefore, for many large Hungarian companies, monopoly control of the market is the best. Moreover, reformers (government authorities) have limited knowledge of the actual financial position of the business. Thus, the economic environment in which the large Hungarian enterprises operate shows a characteristic of the bargaining process of all small groups with limited intelligence. But finding ways to analyze the wealth of intelligence and regulation can be difficult.
