新时代的班主任不仅要搞好教育教学工作,还应对形形色色的特色活动,更需要家长的鼎力相助,一个人的力量毕竟是有限的,群策群力总比单枪匹马好得多,所以千万不用怕“烦”家长.我就在班级采用了多种方式“烦”家长.为了更加充分的发挥家长对学校工作支持,尤其是班级管理的配合.
