中国编辑学会第三届年会于8月23—27日在大连召开,邵益文同志致开幕词,刘杲同志主持会议并在会议结束时作了重要讲话。 这次会议讨论了在改革开放、发展社会主义市场经济的条件下,如何把坚持编辑工作的基本要求、基本规范和大胆探索、积极创新结合起来;如何把运用市场机制、增强出版活力和保证出版方向、提高出版物质量结合起来,进一步提高编辑队伍的素质,促进多出好书,更好地为社会主义精神文明建设服务。 提供给会议的120篇论文和会上的发言涉及到出版成就、图书质量和图书结构,编辑工作的规范化和开拓创新,提高编辑基本功、弘扬编辑职业道德和加强编辑队伍建设等诸多问题。 会议着重讨论了本会委托湖北省编辑学会起草的反映编辑工作基本规范的《图书编辑工作流程》,与会者对这个“初稿”,给予充分肯定,认为在当前条件下,它可以起到规范编辑工作的作用。同时也提出了一些具体的修改补充意见。大家要求《流程》定稿以后,应由新闻出版署作为文件下发,或者批转各局、社贯彻执行,使它具有一定的约束力。 会议讨论了编辑工作中坚持基本规范问题。有人认为:编辑基本规范,是一种行为准则,是长期以来在工作中形成的基本思想,基本原则,基本制度和基本的工作方法。它是在工作中长期起作用的东西,不会因?
