2002年8月,刚刚荣获西南管理局创“四好’优秀领导班子流动红旗的西南空管局(原西南航管中心),迎来了10周年的华诞。10年的时光弹指一挥,10年间的变化可谓翻天覆地。尤其是在最近三年中,西南空管局在局党委的领导下,以创新的精神,在西南空管局的历史上第一次概括出一个明确的总体工作要求和工作思路,并使之与贯彻江泽民总书记“三个代表”要求相结合,创新了以安全文化为内涵的空管企业文化,圆满完成空管体制改革任务,成功实现了3次历史性跨越。
