青少年运动员的培养不仅关系到其个人的训练效率,同时也影响到项目的整体发展,因此在青少年练习过程中应重视训练的方法与路径。本文重点阐述青少年铅球运动时肌肉运动的基本特点,并提出铅球快速力量的训练方法,以供相关人员参考,进而提高青少年的运动水平,为其长远的体育发展奠定良好的基础。
The training of adolescent athletes is not only related to their individual training efficiency, but also affects the overall development of the project. Therefore, the training methods and paths should be emphasized during the adolescent exercises. This article focuses on the basic characteristics of young athletes during the shot-putting exercise, and puts forward the training method of quick-impact shot put, which can be used for reference by relevant staffs to further improve the athletic performance of adolescents and lay a good foundation for their long-term sports development.
