PWM逆变器驱动的交流电动机 ,在采用长线电缆传输时 ,会产生一系列问题 ,如电动机端过电压、高频阻尼振荡以及绝缘快速老化等。采用一定的无源滤波技术可有效地解决这些问题。根据滤波器的安装位置 ,可分为电动机端滤波和逆变器输出滤波。分析了长线电缆传输时的电压反射现象 ,论述了三种电动机端滤波器和四种逆变器输出滤波器 ,这些滤波器皆可有效地消除电动机端过电压和高频阻尼振荡等问题。
PWM inverter-driven AC motor, in the use of long-term cable transmission, it will have a series of problems, such as the motor over-voltage, high-frequency damping oscillation and rapid aging insulation. Using some passive filter technology can effectively solve these problems. According to the filter installation location, can be divided into motor-side filter and inverter output filter. The phenomenon of voltage reflection during long-haul cable transmission is analyzed. Three types of motor side filters and four kinds of inverter output filters are discussed. All of these filters can effectively eliminate the problems of motor side overvoltage and high-frequency damped oscillation.
