一、引言化学镀非晶态合金具有优良的物理化学特性,如较高硬度及耐蚀性,特别是Ni-P层的磷含量高时其耐蚀性更好,并同时具有非磁特性,但这种合金镀层是内能很高的亚稳态(非晶),其热稳定性较差,使其应用受到限制,因而提高其热稳定性具有重要的理论和工程意义。本文是通过铜对非晶Ni-P层的合金化作用,研究了它对膜层晶化温度的影响,得到了一些初步的结果。
First, the introduction Electroless plating amorphous alloy has excellent physical and chemical properties, such as higher hardness and corrosion resistance, especially when the phosphorus content of Ni-P layer, the corrosion resistance is better, and at the same time with non-magnetic properties, However, this alloy coating is a highly metastable (amorphous) alloy with poor thermal stability and limited application. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and engineering significance to improve its thermal stability. In this paper, through the alloying effect of copper on the amorphous Ni-P layer, the influence of it on the crystallization temperature of the film has been studied and some preliminary results have been obtained.
