河南省中牟县是南水北调工程移民安置大县,全县共规划安置15个移民村,9632人,10个移民安置点,安置区涉及6个乡镇。近两年来,在上级党委政府的正确领导和省、市业务部门的精心指导下,中牟县委、县政府坚持发挥党建引领作用,助推移民和谐搬迁安置工作。目前,各移民村基层组织坚强有力,各项管理制度规范完善,整体工作进展顺利,移民群众安居乐业。在全国南水北调工程丹江口库区移民安置工作会上,中牟县做了经验介绍;国务院南水北调办主任鄂竟平视察中牟时,对中牟县移民安置工作给予了充分肯定。 Zhongmou County, Henan Province, is a large-scale resettlement county for the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
