自1970年Staffieri首次提出全喉切除声门重建术后,现已被广泛应用,并不断加以改进。我们自1985年6月对15例晚期喉癌患者施行全喉切除声门重建手术,效果满意,报告如下。
Since Staffieri first proposed total laryngectomy for glottic reconstruction in 1970, it has been widely used and continuously improved. We since June 1985 15 cases of advanced laryngeal cancer patients underwent total laryngectomy glottic reconstruction with satisfactory results, the report is as follows.
