我院承担的机电部基金项目《用微机控制电炉炼钢及优化配料的研究》是由我院与上海重机厂合作,共同开发研制的。本课题属于计算机辅助生产过程控制(即CAPC)的软件包类型,是高技术研究内容。由于该课题在立项时就规定了严格的技术经济参数和要达到的硬指标,并采用了与用户共同研制的组织措施,因此,加快了研究过程。更重要的是在研究过程中就与工厂的实际情况紧密结合。因而保证了这个炼钢软件包的实用性和可靠性,缩短了科研成果转化的周期。实现了成果转化快和经济效益高的目的。
Our hospital commitment to the Ministry of Electrical and Mechanical Services Fund project “microcomputer control of electric steelmaking and optimization of ingredients research” by our hospital and Shanghai Heavy Machinery Factory cooperation and jointly developed. This subject belongs to the computer aided manufacturing process control (CAPC) package type, is a high-tech research content. As the subject set strict technical and economic parameters and hard targets to be achieved at the time of project establishment and adopted organizational measures jointly developed with users, the research process was accelerated. More importantly, the research process is closely linked with the actual situation of the factory. Thus ensuring the practicality and reliability of the steelmaking package and shortening the cycle of transformation of scientific research achievements. Achieve the results of the rapid transformation and high economic efficiency purposes.
