目的探讨以长白山特产林蛙油为主要成分的保健品对超重辐射大鼠血清抑制羟自由基的能力。方法大鼠复制超重辐射模型,用林蛙油为主要成分的保健品进行干预,检测各组大鼠血清抑制羟自由基能力。结果超重辐射协同作用,可导致大鼠血清抑制羟自由基能力增强。结论以林蛙油为主要成分的保健品,可辅助增强超重辐射大鼠血清抑制羟自由基的能力。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the ability of health care products with the main component of Rana chensinensis oil in Changbai Mountain to inhibit hydroxyl free radicals in serum of rats exposed to overweight radiation. Methods The rats were replicated with a model of overweight radiation and intervened with health products containing Rana sylvatica oil as the main component. The ability of the serum of rats from each group to inhibit hydroxyl radicals was examined. Results The synergistic effect of overweight radiation can lead to the enhancement of the ability of rat serum to inhibit hydroxyl radicals. Conclusion The health supplements with Rana sylvatica oil as the main component can help to enhance the ability of serum of rats with overweight radiation to inhibit hydroxyl radicals.
