在素质教育不断提升的今天,小学生安全管理的工作已经越来越受到教育工作者以及家长的重视。小学安全管理是小学教育管理的重要组成部分,同时也是全面落实素质教育的前提和保障。由于近些年来各小学频繁发生安全事故,所以出现了所谓的“圈养”现象,而正是这一现象折射出了学校安全管理思维的狭窄。对小学安全管理“圈养”现象的成因进行分析,并针对成因提出一系列的解决措施,希望能够提高小学安全管理水平,杜绝小学安全事故的发生,让小学生在更加安全稳定的环境中学习。 With the continuous improvement of quality education, the safety management of pupils has been paid more and more attention by educators and parents. Primary school safety management is an important part of primary education management, but also the premise and guarantee of the full implementation of quality education. Due to the frequent occurrence of accidents in all primary schools in recent years, so-called “captives” have emerged. It is precisely this phenomenon that reflects the narrow thinking of school safety management. This paper analyzes the causes of primary school safety management and “captives” phenomenon and puts forward a series of solutions to the causes. It is hoped that primary school safety management can be improved, primary school safety accidents can be eliminated and primary school students can learn in a more safe and stable environment .
