一 今年的土农药工作,在1958年大跃进的基础上继续前进,各地科学研究单位与高等院校大都配合羣众运动,全面地展开了土农药的药效测定,实地进行了防治试验,鑑定植物品种,开办训练班等,便土农药工作步步深入,因而证明“土洋并举”的方针是今后农药发展的正确道路。据不完全统计,今年上半年各地采制的各类土农药有290余万吨,分别由29万多个地方土农药厂制成了药剂。共中四川达县、三台,江苏常熟,湖北洪湖,湖南宜章等地,在大规模使用土农药中,创造了不少的好配方和好办法,对消灭病虫害发挥了更大作用。

A total of four Sichuan Daxian, Santai, Changshu, Honghu, Hubei and Yizhang in Hunan Province have created quite a few good formulas and good solutions in the large-scale use of soil pesticides and played a greater role in the elimination of pests and diseases.
