随着社会生产力的极大进步,我国建筑行业得到了快速发展。但是与此同时,建筑行业能源过度消耗所带来的环境问题也逐渐引起了人们的关注。因此,当前迫切需要使用科学的施工技术来解决这一现实问题。本文从我国建筑能耗现状出发,阐述了施工过程及建筑能耗的主要表现形式,主要有建筑能源消耗和施工设备的能源消耗两种。在此基础上,提出了减低建筑施工技术与建筑能耗的相关措施,通过做好工程施工项目的规划工作、降低施工环节的能源消耗、加强可再生能源的利用率以及合理利用优质建筑材料等促进建筑行业的可持续发展。
With the great progress of social productivity, China’s construction industry has been rapid development. At the same time, however, the environmental problems caused by the over-consumption of energy in the construction industry have gradually drawn people’s attention.
