5月28至29日,第二次中央新疆工作座谈会在北京举行。这次会议全面总结了2010年中央新疆工作座谈会以来的工作,科学分析了新疆形势,明确了新疆工作的指导思想、基本要求、主攻方向,对当前和今后一个时期新疆工作作了全面部署。中共中央总书记习近平指出,要坚定不移推动新疆更好更快发展,同时发展要落实到改善民生上、落实到惠及当地上、落实到增进团结上,让各族群众切身感受到党的关怀和祖国大家庭的温暖。对南疆发展,要从国家层面进行顶层设计,实行特殊政策,打破常规,特事特办。对口援疆是国家战略,必须长期坚持,把对口援疆工作打造成加强民族团结的工程。
From May 28 to 29, the second symposium on the work of central Xinjiang was held in Beijing. The meeting comprehensively summarized the work since the central government’s work conference in 2010 in Xinjiang, scientifically analyzed the situation in Xinjiang, defined the guiding ideology, basic requirements and main directions for Xinjiang’s work and made overall plans for the work in Xinjiang at present and for a period in the future. Xi Jinping, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, pointed out that we should unswervingly push forward the development of Xinjiang better and faster, and at the same time, we must implement the policy of improving people’s livelihood, extending benefits to the local community, promoting unity and letting all ethnic groups feel the care of the party And the warmth of the extended family. For the development of southern Xinjiang, it is necessary to carry out the top-level design from the national level, implement special policies, and break the routine. Aid to Xinjiang is a national strategy and must be adhered to over the long term to create a project that reinforces the unity of ethnic groups.
