整合素是重要的细胞粘附分子,作为胞外基质受体主要介导细胞与胞外基质的粘附,参与细胞信号转导和活化、细胞伸展和移动、细胞生长和分化、对组织发生发育、免疫和炎症、伤口愈合和肿瘤转移等有重要生理病理意义,研究表明整合素在牙周炎的发生发展及再生修复中可能有重要作用,故整合素研究也受到牙周病学者的重视。本文对有关牙周组织的整合素研究及其可能的治疗意义作一综述。
Integrin is an important cell adhesion molecule. As an extracellular matrix receptor, integrins mainly mediate the adhesion of cells to the extracellular matrix. They are involved in cell signal transduction and activation, cell expansion and migration, cell growth and differentiation, and tissue development Immune and inflammation, wound healing and tumor metastasis have important physiological and pathological significance. Studies have shown that integrins may play an important role in the occurrence and development of periodontitis and regeneration and repair, so integrin research has also been the focus of periodontal disease scholars. This article reviews the studies on integrins in periodontal tissues and their potential therapeutic implications.
