16MnR钢经过微V、Ti处理之后,其强度、低温韧性及其他性能均得到相应改善。本文较系统地做了性能和组织方面的研究。其中包括高温力学性能、线胀系数、临界点、弹性模量、裂纹展速率da/dN、脆性转变温度的测定,断口、金相组织、奥氏体晶粒长大倾向的研究和采用化学法定量的相分析。显示出微量V、Ti处理16MnR钢结构性能稳定,强韧性良好,尤其低温性能好。这使得16MnR钢达到美国ASTM A662-C级钢标准,这里充分发挥了微V、Ti强化和改善低温韧性作用结果。
