小学综合实践活动课程教学中,教师素质成为影响教学质量的重要因素之一。建设现代高效课堂,遵从以学生为本的教育理念,遵循“先学后教、以学定教”和“学生主体与教师主导相结合”的教学原则,转变教师教的方式:由灌输向引导转变,组织、参与、引领、促进学生学习。促进教学均衡、高质发展。要想实现这一教学目的,就要重视综合实践活动的课程教学的建设,要不断提高教师素质。小学综合实践活动课程教学教师素质的现状
