利用等离子体显示板自发光、薄型、亮度高、发光均匀的特点,开发出基于等离子体显示机理的薄型等离子体面光源,用于需要薄型照明的特定场合。为克服等离子体显示板发光效率过低的不足,对面光源显示板的结构、材料、工艺和驱动电路诸方面进行多项改进,经改进后的等离子体面光源最小厚度不大于4mm,亮度>350cd/m2,色温为6500 K,发光效率>4Lm/W。光源型PDP显示板的研究结果对进一步提高图象型PDP显示板的光电性能提供了有益的启示。
The plasma display panel has been developed to provide a thin plasma surface light source based on the plasma display mechanism for a specific application that requires thin lighting by utilizing characteristics of self-luminescence, thinness, high brightness and uniform luminescence of the plasma display panel. In order to overcome the insufficiency of low luminous efficiency of the plasma display panel, a number of improvements are made to the structures, materials, processes and driving circuits of the opposite light source display panel. The improved plasma surface light source has a minimum thickness of not more than 4mm, a brightness of> 350cd / m2, color temperature of 6500 K, luminous efficiency> 4Lm / W. The research results of the light source type PDP display panel provide useful enlightenment for further improving the photoelectric performance of the image type PDP display panel.
