针对苯的完全氧化反应,研究了催化剂中锰、铜、稀土和钡的氧化物对催化性能的影响,其活性顺序是锰>铜>稀土>钡。稀土和钡的氧化物的主要作用是提高催化剂的热稳定性和减少热收缩率。该催化剂的活性在苯浓度3×10~(-3)内随苯浓度的降低而有所提高。在空速20000~50000h~(-1)、床层温度400℃时,空速对催化剂活性影响不大。经1000h寿命考核,催化剂活性无下降趋势。本催化剂已在硅钢片涂漆机上使用10个月,净化率70%左右。
For the complete oxidation of benzene, the effects of oxides of manganese, copper, rare earth and barium on the catalytic performance of the catalysts were investigated. The order of their activity was manganese> copper> rare earth> barium. The main role of rare earth and barium oxides is to increase the thermal stability of the catalyst and reduce the thermal shrinkage. The activity of this catalyst increased with the decrease of benzene concentration in the benzene concentration of 3 × 10 ~ (-3). At airspeed of 20000 ~ 50000h ~ (-1) and bed temperature of 400 ℃, the space velocity had little effect on the catalyst activity. The 1000h life assessment, no decline in the activity of the catalyst. The catalyst has been used in silicon steel lacquer machine for 10 months, the purification rate of about 70%.
