NW4—0.15合金是一种良好的阴极基金属材料。采用NW4—0.15合金材料作为氧化物阴极基底金属,能够获得激活快、老炼时间短、脉冲发射大、激活温度低、工作温度范围广,强度较高等特性。这些优良的性能除了与成份有关外,还与材料的组织结构有密切的关系。通过扫描电镜反复观察分析,到目前为止发现有四种基本类型。这些微观形貌类型对分析NW4—0.15合金优良性能原因及组织和性能关系的深入探讨提供了图片资料。
NW4-0.15 alloy is a good cathode metal material. The use of NW4-0.15 alloy as the oxide cathode base metal can obtain the characteristics of fast activation, short aging time, large pulse emission, low activation temperature, wide operating temperature range and high intensity. These excellent properties in addition to the composition, but also with the material structure is closely related. Repeatedly observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, so far found that there are four basic types. These micro-topography types provide the picture materials for the in-depth discussion on the reason of the excellent performance of NW4-0.15 alloy and the relationship between the microstructure and properties.
