酚和四氯化碳属于常见的毒物,来源广、对生物的毒害大,故在近年来颇受国内外有关研究部门的重视。 酚和四氯化碳对动物的毒性是众所周知的。高浓度的酚能凝固蛋白质,低浓度酚则有较强的渗透性,能透至组织深部而引起严重的后果。高浓度四氯化碳能迅速导致动物昏迷和呼吸加速,以至麻痹,损害肝、肾,以及出现急性肝坏疽等症状。
Phenol and carbon tetrachloride are common toxicants, widely sourced and poisonous to organisms. Therefore, in recent years, phenolics and carbon tetrachloride have received much attention from relevant research departments at home and abroad. The toxicity of phenol and carbon tetrachloride to animals is well known. High concentration of phenol can coagulate protein, low concentration of phenol is a strong permeability, deep penetration can cause serious consequences. High concentrations of carbon tetrachloride can quickly lead to animal coma and respiratory acceleration, and even paralysis, damage to the liver, kidney, and the emergence of acute liver gangrene and other symptoms.
