成长共同体是近年来我校在德育工作中积极推进的一项旨在调动学生自主学习、共同成长的创新举措。成长共同体的核心就是求同存异,取长补短,共同成长,这一理念恰恰与新课标所要求的“自主、合作、探究”不谋而合,利于新课程教育目标的实现。今天我就如何发挥成长共同体在英语课堂教学中的作用,简要地谈一谈我的一些粗浅看法。一、尊重差异,合理搭配:学生成长共同体的构建目前我校基本每个班级都有针对性地组建
The growth community is an innovation measure that is actively promoted by our school in moral education in recent years to arouse students’ independent study and grow together. The core of the growth community is to seek common ground while reserving differences, to learn from each other’s strengths and grow together. This philosophy exactly coincides with the “autonomy, cooperation and exploration” required by the new curriculum standards and will be conducive to the realization of the goals of the new curriculum education.
