新导联 C_Ⅱ能使心房波明显增高,它优于标准Ⅱ导联和其他3个特殊导联,对分析心房波显示不清的心律失常很有帮助。现将我们观察结果报道如下。选择病例共600例,窦性心律500例,室上性心律失常100例(其中心房颤动65例、心房扑动2例、室上性心动过速3例、房性早搏20例、交界性早搏2例、交界性心律7例、病态窦房结综合征1例。)用国产 XDH-3B 型心电图记录仪,采用20mm=1mV 的标准电压,对600例病人分
New lead C_ Ⅱ can significantly increase the atrial wave, it is superior to the standard Ⅱ leads and three other special lead, the analysis of atrial arrhythmia is not helpful. Now we observe the results reported below. A total of 600 cases were selected, 500 cases of sinus rhythm, 100 cases of supraventricular arrhythmias (including 65 cases of atrial fibrillation, 2 cases of atrial flutter, 3 cases of supraventricular tachycardia, 20 cases of atrial premature beats, borderline 2 cases of premature beat, 7 cases of borderline rhythm, and 1 case of sick sinus syndrome.) Using a domestic XDH-3B electrocardiograph with a standard voltage of 20 mm = 1 mV, 600 patients
