通过使用三种型号的近红外分析仪:Neotec 51A、Trebor-70和长春光机所研制的近红外分析仪测定了58个蛋鸡配合饲料样品的水分、粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗脂肪、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸和代谢能等七项指标,比较了三种近红外分析仪的测定精度、重复性和稳定性。结果认为:长春光机所研制的近红外分析仪对配合饲料营养成份的测定精度、重复性和稳定性等方面均达到了国外同类产品的技术水平,且成本造价低,可以在饲料工业上推广应用。
Using three types of NIR analyzers: Neotec 51A, Trebor-70 and Changchun Guangji developed a near-infrared analyzer for 58 layers of feed samples of water, crude protein, crude fiber, crude fat, Lai Amino acid, methionine, and metabolic energy. The accuracy, repeatability and stability of three NIR analyzers were compared. The result shows that the near infrared analyzer developed by Changchun Institute of Optics and Photonics has reached the technical level of similar foreign products in terms of measurement accuracy, repeatability and stability of the nutritional components of feedstuffs, and has the advantages of low cost and low cost and can be promoted in the feed industry application.
