目的探讨责任护理小组在食管癌同步放化疗患者中的应用效果及评价,探究该种护理方法的优越性以及对这种疾病护理的优缺点。方法选取2013年9月—2014年9月期间于哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院明确诊断为食管癌并住院接受放化疗的患者266例,按照简单随机分组的方法分为2组,分别为对照组和观察组,其中对照组患者133例,采取传统管理护理模式,观察组患者133例,采取责任护理小组模式。对2组患者护理后的护理满意度、临床护理质量进行对比,分析责任护理小组模式护理方法对疾病的效果。结果 (1)治疗第1天、治疗期间和治疗结束时3次问卷调查结果显示,观察组在活动能力、日常生活、健康感受、家庭支持、生活感受5个方面的得分均高于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)对照组和观察组护理满意率以及食管癌知晓率的问卷调查结果显示,观察组患者对护理满意率为97.0%,对照组仅为82.0%;观察组患者食管癌的知晓率高达94.7%,对照组仅为85.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)对院内护理分析中显示,对照组患者呼叫后护士到位时间高于观察组,输液呼叫次数也多于观察组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论责任小组包干制护理模式效果优于传统护理模式,可有效提高患者满意度及患者生活质量,促进医患关系和谐融洽。
Objective To explore the effect and evaluation of the responsibility nursing team in the application of concurrent chemoradiotherapy in patients with esophageal cancer to explore the superiority of this nursing method and its advantages and disadvantages. Methods Totally 266 patients with esophageal cancer diagnosed as esophageal cancer admitted to Cancer Hospital of Harbin Medical University from September 2013 to September 2014 were divided into two groups according to the method of simple randomization: The observation group, 133 cases in the control group, to take the traditional management and care mode, the observation group of 133 patients, to take responsible care group mode. The nursing satisfaction and clinical nursing quality of the two groups of patients were compared, and the effect of the mode of nursing care nursing care on the disease was analyzed. Results (1) The results of three questionnaires on the first day of treatment, during the treatment and at the end of the treatment showed that the observation group had higher scores in activity ability, daily life, health feeling, family support and life experience than the control group, (2) In the control group and observation group, the satisfaction rate of nursing care and the awareness of esophageal cancer in the questionnaire survey showed that the satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was 97.0%, the control group was only 82.0%. The awareness rate of esophageal cancer in the observation group was as high as 94.7% and that in the control group was only 85.0%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). (3) In the hospital nursing analysis, After the nurse in place than the observation group, the number of infusion calls also more than the observation group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The duty team ’s mode of ensuring health care is better than the traditional nursing mode, which can effectively improve patient satisfaction and quality of life, and promote harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
