CBA/J雌鼠与同种异体DBA/2雄鼠交配可出现高发生率的自然流产。流产与滋养层和蜕膜结合位发生坏死(单核细胞浸润通过滋养层)及胚胎中特异性细胞毒活性增强有关。当用BALB/C雄鼠交配时未发生此种高流产率,CBA/J雌鼠与DBA/2雄鼠交配前,用BALB/c鼠脾细胞预先免疫可明显降低流产率,而用DBA/2细胞免疫,则对流产无影响或增加年龄较大雌鼠的流产率。免疫预防流产机制不清,曾观察到BALB/C脾细胞产生的抗-H2~d抗体应答高于DBA/2细胞,而抗-H2~d抗体可被动转移至未免疫CBA/J雌鼠起到保护作用。BALB/c细胞可诱发全身
