嗜铬细胞瘤病人术前、术中、术后血压波动较大,有一定危险性,为降低手术死亡率,充分完善的围手术期护理至关重要。现将我院收治5例嗜铬细胞瘤病人围手术期的护理体会报道如下。一、临床资料我院1989～1997年共收治5例嗜铬细胞瘤病人,其中男2例,女3例;左侧2例,右侧3例;平均年龄38.5岁;病史最长者10年,最短者20天,3例为持续性高血压,最高达22/13kPa,心率100次/分,其中1例并发右侧脑梗塞,另2例术前无高血压
