为了适应我国石油工业的高速发展,实现井位钻杆配备的机械化作业,根据建设部下达的建851207号新产品设计任务,长春工程机械厂设计了CTC 4履带式管子叉车(见图1)。样机于1986年12月通过了部级鉴定。该机以东方红-75型拖拉机为基础车,前后两套工作装置通过附加梁联接在基础车的台车梁上。工作系统采用了全液压操纵(见图2),操纵轻便,动作灵活。该机工作效率高,越野性能良好,能适应各种施工现场和恶劣的路面条件,是细长管材、杆件理想的短途运输工具,填补了国内一项空白,为早日实现油田作业现代化增加了一个新产品。今后还将研制大马力的系列产品。
In order to adapt to the rapid development of China’s oil industry and realize the mechanized operation of drilling wells, the Changchun Engineering Machinery Factory designed the CTC 4 tracked pipe forklift (see Figure 1) according to the new product design task of building the No. 851207 built by the Ministry of Construction. The prototype passed the ministerial appraisal in December 1986. The machine is based on Dongfanghong-75 tractor. Two sets of front and rear work devices are connected to the trolley beam of the base car through additional beams. The working system is fully hydraulically actuated (see Figure 2). The controls are light and flexible. This machine has high working efficiency and good off-road performance. It can adapt to all kinds of construction sites and poor road conditions. It is an ideal short-distance transportation tool for slender pipes and rods, filling a gap in the country and increasing the modernization of oilfield operations as soon as possible. A new product. In the future, we will also develop high-powered products.
