幼儿园体验式教学相较于传统的教学有明显的优势,它视“体验”为有效教学活动的重要组成部分及目标追求,强调“体验”在教学中的价值和地位,指引着教师教学观念的改变,促使教师关注幼儿在教学中的独特体验,使幼儿的知、情、意更协调地发展。本文以舞蹈《兵娃娃》为例,阐述了幼儿园体验式教学对幼儿传统舞蹈教学的一些启示:幼儿舞蹈的内容应与幼儿的生活经验相结合;幼儿舞蹈应兼顾群体需要和个体差异,注重开发幼儿同伴群体内的资源;幼儿舞蹈教学应充分发挥区域活动与集体活动的相互补充、支撑作用;幼儿舞蹈规则的培养应渗透于一日生活中。
