教育的最终目的是激发学生进行自我教育。现在,在护理教学中,主要的授课方式依然是教师教,学生听的模式。学生动的机会很少,在这种教学模式下,限制了学生的主观能动性的发挥。不符合素质教育的要求,在这种教学背景下,无法培育多样化的人才。本文在护理学基础教学中,试着将多种教学方法进行优化组合,目的是提高课堂教学质量,拓宽知识面,创造良好的学习氛围,培养实用型高级护理人才。
The ultimate goal of education is to inspire students to self-education. Now, in nursing teaching, the main teaching method is still the model of teacher education and student listening. Students have little chance of moving, in this teaching mode, limiting the students’ subjective initiative play. Does not meet the requirements of quality education, in this teaching background, can not cultivate a wide range of talents. In the basic nursing teaching, trying to optimize the combination of a variety of teaching methods, the purpose is to improve the quality of classroom teaching, broaden the knowledge, create a good learning environment, training practical senior nurses.
