研究粉煤灰对混凝土空心砌块专用砌筑砂浆性能的影响,表明合理掺量的粉煤灰对改善砌筑砂浆稠度和保水性、提高抗压强度效果明显,对低强度等级砌筑砂浆效果更为显著;粉煤灰还赋予砌筑砂浆较高的后期强度增幅,对砌筑砂浆抗冻性和碳化性能基本没有影响。以粉煤灰为主要原料制备的混凝土空心砌块专用砌筑砂浆具有良好的施工性能、物理力学性能和耐久性,性价比高,符合发展循环经济和节能减排政策。
The effect of fly ash on the performance of masonry mortar for concrete hollow block was studied. It is shown that the reasonable content of fly ash has obvious effect on improving the consistency and water retention of masonry mortar and increasing the compressive strength. The effect of low strength grade masonry mortar More significant; fly ash also gives masonry mortar higher late strength increases mortar frost resistance and carbonization performance basically no effect. Concrete masonry mortar made of fly ash as the main raw material has good construction performance, physical and mechanical properties and durability, cost-effective, in line with the development of recycling economy and energy-saving emission reduction policies.
