目的:优化赤芍总苷闪式提取工艺。方法:利用闪式提取器对赤芍总苷进行提取,HPLC测定含量,并以芍药苷和芍药内酯苷的提取量作为主要指标,采用L9(34)正交试验法,考察总苷闪式提取的最佳工艺。结果:闪式提取赤芍总苷的最佳提取工艺为用30倍量的水浸泡6 h,并采用70 V电压提取2 min。结论:闪式提取法可应用于赤芍总苷的提取,该工艺简单,迅速,具有良好的应用前景。
Objective: To optimize the flash extraction process of TPG. Methods: The total glycosides of Radix Paeoniae Rubra were extracted by flash extractor. The content of paeoniflorin and paeoniflorin were determined by HPLC. The L9 (34) orthogonal test was used to investigate the effects of total glycosides Extraction of the best technology. Results: The best method of extracting total glycosides from Radix Paeoniae Rubra was immersed in 30 times of water for 6 h and extracted with 70 V for 2 min. Conclusion: The flash extraction method can be applied to the extraction of total glycosides of Radix Paeoniae Alba. The method is simple and rapid and has a good application prospect.
