目的了解泰安市社区已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染(RTI)现状及影响因素,探索一种新型的生殖健康服务模式,为促进妇女健康措施的制定提供科学依据。方法对1982名社区已婚育龄妇女进行问卷调查,现场询问有关病史;妇科检查,实验室检查,B超检查明确诊断。全部资料采用PEMS3.0和SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析,计数资料作χ2检验。结果泰安市社区已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染率为50.10%,以宫颈炎的感染率最高为10.39%。生殖道感染与年龄、职业、文化程度、家庭经济状况、卫生习惯都密切相关,但妇女对RTI有关知识及预防措施知晓率较低。结论要加强育龄妇女生殖保健服务,建立新型的社区生殖服务模式,发挥计划生育机构优势,通过各种渠道、各种形式开展有关生殖道感染的危害性和防治知识教育,提高自我保健意识和生殖健康水平。
Objective To understand the status and influencing factors of reproductive tract infections (RTI) in married women of childbearing age in communities in Taian, and to explore a new reproductive health service model to provide a scientific basis for the promotion of women’s health measures. Methods A total of 1982 community-married women of childbearing age were surveyed and asked about their medical history; gynecological examinations, laboratory tests and B-ultrasound were used to confirm the diagnosis. All data using PEMS3.0 and SPSS13.0 software for statistical analysis, counting data for χ2 test. Results The reproductive tract infection rate of married women of reproductive age in community in Taian community was 50.10%. The infection rate of cervicitis was 10.39%. Reproductive tract infections are closely related to age, occupation, educational attainment, family financial status, and hygiene practices, but women’s awareness of RTI-related knowledge and preventive measures is low. Conclusion Reproductive health care services for women of childbearing age should be strengthened and a new model of community reproductive services should be established to take full advantage of the advantages of family planning institutions and to educate students on the dangers and prevention and treatment of genital tract infections through various channels and in various forms so as to enhance self-care awareness and reproduction Health level.
