目的:探讨运用手法复位治疗BPPV在社区医院推广应用的效果研究.方法:面向社区医院医生,在基层开展BPPV手法复位课程培训,同时对比培训前后BPPV的掌握鉴别程度及复位手法熟练度.结果:学员在培训后基本掌握鉴别BPPV,对于三种复位手法能达到熟练.结论:技能培训教学课程安排合理,学员学习效果显著,因此值得向社区医院临床坐诊医师,教学推广其余手法复位法.
