采用粉末冶金法制备了Ag-4%TiB2复合材料,研究了复压复烧工艺对Ag-4%TiB2复合材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明:复压复烧可改善第二相增强颗粒在基体银中的分布,使组织更加致密。随着保压时间的延长,Ag-4%TiB2复合材料的致密度、硬度和导电率呈先上升后下降的趋势;保压120s时,该复合材料的致密度、硬度和导电率达到最大值,分别为85%、115HB和50%IACS。与未复压复烧相比,Ag-4%TiB2复合材料的致密度、硬度和导电率分别提高了5.6%、6.48%和11.53%。
Ag-4% TiB2 composites were prepared by powder metallurgy method, and the effects of complex reprocessing on microstructure and properties of Ag-4% TiB2 composites were investigated. The results show that the compound pressure burning can improve the distribution of the second-phase reinforcing particles in the matrix silver and make the structure more dense. With the extension of dwell time, the density, hardness and electrical conductivity of Ag-4% TiB2 composites first increased and then decreased; the density, hardness and conductivity of the composites reached the maximum at 120s , Respectively 85%, 115HB and 50% IACS. The density, hardness and electrical conductivity of Ag-4% TiB2 composites were increased by 5.6%, 6.48% and 11.53%, respectively, compared with non-recuperation.
