1990~1997 年,从云南省 24 个县市的 54 种植物上分离到了 197 株冰核细菌,并进行了鉴定。其中菠萝欧文氏菌 83 株,占42.1% ;草生欧文氏菌 9 株,占4.6% ;流黑欧文氏菌 3 株,占1.5% ;边缘假单胞菌 10 株,占5.0% ;丁香假单胞菌 71 株,占36.0% ;菜豆荚斑假单胞菌19 株,占9.6% ;草莓黄单胞菌 1 株,占 0.5% ;野油菜黄单胞菌 1 株,占 0.5% 。冰核细菌的种群和生态学在云南省植物上呈丰富的多样性。在 120 个随机引物中,有 35 个随机引物对供试的 9 株冰核细菌有DNA 扩增片段出现,从中筛选出 OPA09、OPA13、OPG11、OPG17、OPL12、OPL14、OPL15、OPN04 等 8 个扩增条带数较多的随机引物,共扩增出148 条 DNA 扩增片段。
From 1990 to 1997, 197 strains of Ilex nucleus were isolated and identified from 54 species of plants in 24 counties of Yunnan Province. Among them, 83 strains of Erwinia amylovora accounted for 42.1%, 9 strains of Erwinia herbicularis, accounting for 4.6%, 3 strains of Erwinia amylovora (1.5%), 10 strains of Pseudomonas marginalis 5.0%, 71 strains of Pseudomonas syringae, accounting for 36.0%, 19 strains of Pseudomonas solanacearum, accounting for 9.6%, 1 strain of X. aeruginosa, accounting for 0.5% Xanthomonas campestris 1, accounting for 0.5%. The population and ecology of ice nucleation bacteria are abundant in plants in Yunnan Province. Of the 120 random primers, there were 35 amplified fragments of DNA fragments from 35 strains of ice-nuclei tested. Among them, OPA09, OPA13, OPG11, OPG17, OPL12 , OPL14, OPL15, OPN04 and so on. A total of 148 DNA amplification fragments were amplified.
