室内用多效抗旱驱鼠剂(RPA)对小麦、黄豆、油松、侧柏种子进行浸种、拌种处理。结果表明,300倍的林用型和200 倍的农用型RPA对侧柏种子浸种效果最好,30 倍的林用型和80倍的农用型RPA拌种效果最好,经检验分析,差异显著。浸种的500倍林用型RPA对油松促长效果更为明显,发芽率比对照提高25.2% ~27.0% ,平均高生长增加2.1~2.8cm 。拌种的30倍的林用型可以使油松发芽率提高27.7% ~29.8% ,苗高增长0.6~1.3cm ;40倍的农用型使黄豆的发芽率提高13.8% ~23.2% ;侧根数量增加0.3~1.6;浸种型的RPA使小麦发芽率提高13.3% ~23.3% ,苗高增长5.1~7.5 cm ,根长增加0.6~1.8 cm;拌种型RPA使小麦发芽率提高9.3% ~22.6% ,苗高增长4.7~6.6cm ,根长增加0.4~1.6 cm 。选食试验,用RPA处理的种子保存率达78.3% ~100% ,迫食试验,达71.9% ~89.6% ,通过差异显著性检验,各处理间差异显著。
Multi-effect indoor drought-resistant rat repellent (RPA) soaked in wheat, soybean, Pinus tabulaeformis, Platycladus orientalis seed, seed dressing treatment. The results showed that 300 times of forest-type and 200 times of agricultural-type RPA had the best effect on Arborvitae seeds soaking seed, 30 times of forest-type and 80 times of farm-type RPA had the best seed dressing effect, which was significantly different after test and analysis . Soaking 500 times of forest-type RPA effect of promoting the growth of Pinus tabulaeformis is more obvious, germination rate increased 25.2% -27.0% compared with the control, average high growth increased 2.1 ~ 2.8cm. Seed germination rate increased by 27.7% ~ 29.8% and seedling height increased by 0.6 ~ 1.3cm. The 40-fold agronomic type increased the germination rate of soybean by 13.8% -23.2% and the number of lateral roots increased 0.3 ~ 1.6. The soaking RPA increased the germination rate of wheat by 13.3% ~ 23.3%, the seedling height increased by 5.1 ~ 7.5 cm and the root length increased by 0.6 ~ 1.8 cm. The seed germination rate increased by 9.3% ~ 22.6% Seedling height increased by 4.7 ~ 6.6cm, root length increased by 0.4 ~ 1.6cm. In the edible experiment, the seed preservation rate of RPA treatment was 78.3% ~ 100%, and the rate of 71.9% ~ 89.6% of the stress test, the difference between the treatments was significant.
