利用免疫扩散放射自显影技术,对953例妊妇血清甲胎蛋白含量作了测定,在有随访病例可查的889例病人中,有四例分别产出四个神经管缺损胎儿,其中三例母血甲胎蛋白含量在产前测定时,均超过正常值的97.5%位数。检出率75%。一例甲胎蛋白含量在正常值范围内,属假阴性结果。尽管四例异常胎儿母血甲胎蛋白含量是在检出率低的妊娠24周以后测定的,但仍有三例被检出。更加证明免疫学方法诊断神经管畸形的有效性。
Using immunodiffusion autoradiography, 953 maternal serum alpha-fetoprotein levels were determined.
