在颈椎急性损伤中,颅骨牵引用来使脱臼或骨折复位,并使损伤部位制动直到可以进行最后治疗(手术或非手术),在少数病例直至愈合。损伤后如过度牵引则是危险的,文献中已有报道,有一些遗留了神经并发症。本文报道5例过度牵引的病例,2例 hang-man’s 骨折,由于过度牵引在减小牵引力的过程中,其中1例发生了潮式呼吸。此外,2例过度伸展和脱位损伤(C_(4-5)和 C_(6-7))和1例 C_(5-6)双侧骨折脱位过度
In acute cervical injury, skull traction is used to reset dislocations or fractures and to brake the site of injury until final treatment (surgery or non-surgery) can be performed, in a few cases until healing. Injury, such as excessive traction is dangerous, the literature has been reported, there are some legacy of neurological complications. This article reports 5 cases of over-traction cases, 2 cases of hang-man’s fracture, due to over-traction in the process of reducing traction, 1 case occurred tidal breathing. In addition, two cases of overexpansion and dislocation injury (C_ (4-5) and C_ (6-7)) and one case of C_ (5-6) bilateral fracture dislocation
