对石油化工焊接金属波纹管结构进行了有限元分析研究,用现代设计方法和理论对波纹管膜片进行了受力分析。基于Solid Works软件建立了波纹管三维模型,在ANSYS操作平台下建立了波纹管数值模型,同时在不同波纹管膜片数的条件下进行强度和刚度评价,通过模态分析研究了不同固有频率下的稳定性,最后对波纹管膜片进行了结构优化并提出了新的波纹管膜片尺寸。
The finite element analysis of the welded metal bellows structure of the petrochemical industry was carried out. The stress analysis of the bellows diaphragm was carried out with the modern design method and theory. The three-dimensional model of corrugated pipe was established based on Solid Works software. The numerical model of corrugated pipe was established under the ANSYS operating platform. Meanwhile, the strength and stiffness of the corrugated pipe under the condition of different number of corrugated membrane were evaluated. By modal analysis, Finally, the structure of the bellows diaphragm was optimized and a new bellows diaphragm size was proposed.
