止咳糖浆中盐酸麻黄硷的测定方法未见报道。本文试验了在硷性条件下直接蒸馏出麻黄硷,再与二硫化碳和含氮的硫酸铜溶液作用。产生的棕黄色氨荒酸盐转溶于氯仿中,在438nm波长处测定吸收度。糖浆剂中配伍的多种中药材及化学药品不干扰测定,故该法可用于多种止咳糖浆中盐酸麻黄硷的定性和定量。
The determination of ephedra hydrochloride in cough syrup has not been reported. In this paper, the ephedra glycosides were directly distilled under inert conditions and then reacted with carbon disulfide and nitrogen-containing copper sulfate solution. The brown-yellow ammonia residuum salt produced was translucently dissolved in chloroform and the absorbance was measured at a wavelength of 438 nm. The compatibility of various Chinese herbal medicines and chemical medicines in syrups does not interfere with the determination, so the method can be used for the qualitative and quantitative determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in various cough syrups.
