随着我国改革开放的深入推进与我国政治、军事和经济实力的不断增强,我国的硬实力得到了显著提高,但由于受到一些因素的影响,我国的软实力还不是很强,这就在一定程度上影响和制约了我国综合国力的提升。因此,在这种背景下,我党和国家的领导同志提出了“文化软实力”的概念,把提升我国文化软实力提升到文化建设的战略高度。但受到我国传统计划经济的影响,我国文化软实力建设中还存在较多问题,这些问题直接影响了我国经济与社会的稳步发展。由此,在新的时代背景下,我国党和政府必须要提高对于文化软实力的重视,大力推进文化建设,从而切实提升我国的文化软实力。 With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up and the continuous enhancement of China’s political, military and economic strength, China’s hard power has been significantly improved.
