在我国被不少高校纳入大学英语教学改革内容的EAP教学正日益受人关注。要搞好EAP教学,须重视EAP教师发展。但由大学英语教师转型而来的EAP教师发展困难重重,主要涉及高校大环境和教师自身两方面。这些困难需通过加强EAP理论研究、充分发挥EAP教师的主观能动性、加强团队合作、加强师资培训等来解决。希望通过改善现状和采取有效途径来促进EAP教师的发展。
EAP teaching, which has been incorporated into college English teaching reform in many colleges and universities in our country, is attracting more and more attention. To improve EAP teaching, we must pay attention to the development of EAP teachers. However, the transformation of college English teachers from EAP teachers in the development of many difficulties, mainly related to the college environment and teachers themselves. These difficulties need to be resolved by strengthening EAP theoretical research, giving full play to the subjective initiative of EAP teachers, strengthening teamwork, and strengthening teacher training. Hoping to promote the development of EAP teachers by improving the status quo and taking effective ways.
