作者采用电感耦合等离子体(ICP)法对染氟、染砷和染氟砷大鼠肝脏9种无机元素含量进行了测定分析。结果显示:砷对肝脏Zn和Fe的代谢有明显影响。氟砷联合作用对肝脏Zn和Fe的影响表现为氟对砷具有拮抗作用。氟和砷对肝脏Ca和Mg的代谢均有影响,氟砷联合作用减弱了单纯氟和单纯砷对Ca和Mg的影响,表现为氟和砷的拮抗作用。氟、砷对机体肝脏的危害,一方面为氟或砷的直接作用引起的损伤;另一方面为氟或砷通过影响肝脏无机元素的代谢而引起的损伤。
The authors used inductively coupled plasma (ICP) method to determine the contents of nine inorganic elements in the liver of rats infected by fluoride, arsenic and fluoride-arsenic. The results showed that arsenic had a significant effect on the metabolism of liver Zn and Fe. The combined effect of fluoride and arsenic on liver Zn and Fe showed the effect of fluoride on arsenic antagonism. Both fluoride and arsenic had effects on the metabolism of liver Ca and Mg, and the combination of fluoride and arsenic reduced the effect of simple and simple arsenic on Ca and Mg, showing the antagonism of fluoride and arsenic. The hazards of fluoride and arsenic to the body’s liver are on the one hand the damage caused by the direct effects of fluorine or arsenic; on the other hand the damage caused by the metabolism of inorganic or inorganic elements of the liver by fluorine or arsenic.
