根据小区制矿井调度移动通信系统信号传递的特点 ,系统采用了以通信协议为依据的数字信令设计方法 ,确定了系统通信协议的体系结构 ,设计了系统所使用突发信息的结构和系统在不同层中使用的数据结构及物理层、数据链路层、功能层以及它们相互间的接口 .根据系统要求设计了基站与移动台的硬件结构电路 ,研制了基站与移动台设备 .为检验所研制的设备 ,在山西省西山矿务局杜儿萍煤矿进行了井下试验 .
