新疆艾比湖湿地盐碱化土壤广泛分布,不同的土壤盐碱环境对土壤微生物的生长特征的影响有所不同,微生物的生存状况反过来又反映了其生存的土壤健康状况。文中初步分析了艾比湖湿地不同盐碱地土壤微生物群落分布变化的特征,讨论了土壤盐碱化程度对微生物数量的影响。试验表明:5种不同样地土壤的pH值、含水量和总盐含量状况、各层微生物数量组成存在极大差别,表明该地区0~50 cm深度土壤微环境异质性较高;5个样地中总数最多的是放线菌,其次是细菌,最少的是真菌,三类微生物数量在各层土壤中的分布随土壤总盐含量的升高而减少;总的微生物数量较少,最多的是4号样地各层总和:313.30×102个.g-1,说明该地区土壤的结构、通气性、水分状况、养分状况等不利于微生物的生存和繁殖。总体来看,在这一地区影响微生物生长的主要因素是土壤总盐含量。
The saline-alkali soil in the Aibi Lake wetland in Xinjiang is widely distributed. The effects of different saline-alkali soil environments on the growth characteristics of soil microorganisms are different. The living conditions of microorganisms in turn reflect the soil health status of their existence. The characteristics of soil microbial community distribution in different saline-alkali lands in the Aibi Lake wetland were analyzed. The effects of soil salinization on the microbial population were discussed. The results showed that the soil pH, water content, total salt content and the quantity and composition of microorganisms in each layer differed greatly among the five kinds of soils, indicating that the soil microenvironment heterogeneity was high in 0-50 cm soil depth.
