义乌是一座享誉海内外的国际性商贸城市。改革开放以来,在党中央、国务院以及省市等地方党委、政府的高度重视和支持下,义乌小商品市场得到快速发展,被联合国和世界银行认定为全球最大的小商品批发市场,成为我国最大的小商品出口基地,并向着进口、转口贸易发展。义乌小商品市场形成的独特国际贸易方式,迫切要求建立与之相适应的管理体制、机制和方式。国务院研究室组织课题组,用将近3个月时间对此问题进行研究,召开了各种类型座谈会,并到义乌实地调研,撰写了7份专题报告和在义乌进行国际贸易综合改革的建议方案。此文为义乌国际贸易综合改革试点调研总报告。
Yiwu is a world-renowned international trade city. Since the reform and opening up, under the great attention and support of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council and other local party committees and governments, the Yiwu Small Commodity Market has been rapidly developed. The United Nations and the World Bank have been recognized as the largest commodity wholesale market in the world and become the largest commodity in China Export base, and toward the import, re-export trade development. Yiwu Commodity Market formed a unique way of international trade, eager to establish the appropriate management system, mechanism and manner. The research group of the State Council organized a research group to study this issue in nearly three months and held various types of symposiums and went to Yiwu to conduct field research and wrote 7 special reports and suggestions on the comprehensive reform of international trade in Yiwu .
